Danielle M. Morandi
Danielle M. Morandi has more than 20 years of experience representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice actions. Ms. Morandi also defends clients in a wide array of general liability actions. She has successfully represented numerous medical professionals, defending their interests in legal actions as well as in inquiries made by the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
Ms. Morandi is the 2017 – 2018 President of the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers’ Association, being one of only 3 women in the Association’s 35 year history to hold that position.
Ms. Morandi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University in 1991. Thereafter, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1994, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing and was a Moot Court Senior Board Member. She is admitted to the practice of law in New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
