Joseph M. Bisch
Joseph Bisch is a partner who joined the firm in June of 2010 with a broad based litigation background. While Mr Bisch began his career defending parties in a wide variety of general liability matters, he later expanded his practice to include professional liability and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Bisch has continued to fully devote his practice to the defense of hospitals and physicians involved in medical malpractice claims as well as general negligence matters for clients of the firm. During his career, he has proficiently handled all phases of civil litigation and has taken over fifty cases to verdict.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Bisch served on active duty as an Infantryman in the United States Army. After receiving an Honorable Discharge he attended SUNY Stony Brook on the GI Bill. Thereafter he attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Bisch also studied International Law and Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
