Errin E. Camner
Errin E. Camner is an associate attorney in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Her practice focuses on first party property insurance defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Camner practiced civil litigation, including real estate, probate, and construction litigation; tax disputes; and commercial collections. Ms. Camner also has experience in financial services litigation, having represented banks and servicers in creditor’s rights actions brought throughout the state of Florida. Ms. Camner’s prior experience also includes general banking matters, corporate governance issues, SEC and banking regulatory matters, and tax compliance issues concerning employee compensation.
Ms. Camner received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from Boston University School of Law. She continued her legal education at the University of Miami, obtaining her Master of Laws in Taxation.
Ms. Camner is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in the United States District Courts for the Southern District and the Middle District of Florida.
