Denise A. Dessel
Denise A. Dessel is an associate with the firm. She joined the firm in January 2019 as a legal intern.
Prior to joining the firm, Denise worked in several capacities throughout law school. After her second year, she worked in the Law and Motions department with an in-house counsel firm to a prominent Insurance Company. While at the firm, Denise drafted summary judgment motions on issues of liability and damages.
In law school, Denise served as the Editor-in-Chief of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Denise also worked as a legal intern in St. John’s Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic. Under a student practice order, she was able to represent clients in Queens Civil Court.
Denise graduated from Florida State University in August of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a double minor in Political Philosophy and Spanish. She graduated from St. John’s School of Law in 2019. Denise is admitted to practice in New York.
