Mark is a senior associate in Bartlett LLP’s litigation practice group. His areas of practice include general liability defense, medical malpractice defense, and corporate/commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Bartlett LLP, Mark served as principal law clerk and senior counsel to several New York State Supreme Court Justices where he conferenced cases, researched complex questions of law, and prepared judicial decisions on all manner of civil litigations and trials. Thereafter, Mark worked as a litigation associate in a major New York law firm handling all phases of civil and commercial litigation.
Mark graduated from Stony Brook University in 2010, summa cum laude, and from Fordham University School of Law in 2013. In 2015, Mark earned the credential of Certified Fraud Examiner. In 2014, Mark was admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In 2019, Mark was admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court.
