Jessica M. Isaacs
Jessica Montello Isaacs is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. Her primary areas of practice include general liability defense, labor and employment, construction, and commercial litigation.
Jessica graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014 and graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2010. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Since graduating from law school she has been actively engaged in insurance defense litigation zealously representing a variety of clients, including nonprofits, businesses, major health club chains, retailers, ride-hailing/ride-sharing providers, schools, real estate developers, construction management firms, and municipalities. Jessica has experience handling premises liability; equipment defect and products liability; negligent hiring, training, and supervision; labor law 200/240/241; property damage and construction defect; spectator injury; motor vehicle accidents; employment and discrimination; defamation; intentional torts; and contractual claims.
During law school Jessica was senior executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, one of the nation’s most-cited student run specialty journals. She also counseled nonprofits on entity choice, tax-exempt status eligibility, adoption of governance documents, and issues arising from organization expansion including structuring leadership, staffing, and real estate concerns as a student attorney with the Social Enterprise & Nonprofit Law Clinic.
