Tim is a partner in the Florida offices, spending time in the Fort Lauderdale and Orlando offices while handling cases throughout the state. He currently focuses his practice in the defense of construction and design professionals, as well as in the defense of attorney’s and physicians in professional negligence claims. He has continues to handle insurance coverage issues and the representation of Directors and Officers for HOAs and Condominium Associations. Tim is an experienced trial attorney who has travelled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Central America working complex insurance defense cases.
In 1987, Tim graduated from Florida Atlantic University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He then joined the Palm Beach Police Department where he worked as a Detective in the Organized Crime, Vice & Narcotics Unit. He also was a Florida Traffic Homicide Investigator in the Motorcycle Traffic Division where he conducted thousands of traffic crash investigations.
Tim received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1999. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court; The United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit in Atlanta, GA and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
