Peter J. Morris


Peter J. Morris focuses his practice on the defense of significant personal injury claims arising from general liability, Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6), construction accidents, indemnity and contribution claims.  He represents property owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Morris also handles the defense of product liability claims for manufacturers, distributers and retailers. He has tried cases to verdict throughout New York and argued numerous appeals in the Appellate Courts. Mr. Morris is a graduate of Fordham University and Loyola University School of Law.
