Glen T. Pewarski
After graduating with Honors from St. Bonaventure University (B.A. English, 1977) and from Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 1980), Glen T. Pewarski began his legal career at the Mineola personal injury defense firm William T. Ryan P.C. where he obtained his first successful jury verdict in an A&P Supermarket premises case two months after being admitted to the New York State Bar. After a bitter defeat in his second trial, Mr. Pewarski began a string of twenty-eight consecutive Defendants Verdicts at the Supreme Court level, earning his reputation as one of the most accomplished and effective Medical Malpractice trial attorneys in the New York area.
In January 2000, Mr. Pewarski was recruited as a Partner to our firm from Marulli, Pewarski and Heubel PC where he has continued his outstanding trial results. He has obtained over 60 Malpractice Defense Verdicts at the Supreme Court level, including four brain damaged infant defense verdicts and multiple Defense Verdicts on Wrongful Death and other high exposure lawsuits. His recent Queens Supreme Court result in Mazzilli v. Lombardi DPM was the featured verdict in the December 2013 issue of the Verdictsearch/New York Jury Verdict Reporter.
He has an “AV Preeminent” (highest) rating from Martindale & Hubbell for both legal ability and ethical standards and has been named a “Pre-eminent Malpractice Defense” attorney by Long Island Pulse magazine.
