John P. Quartucio

John P. Quartucio began his long service in law enforcement as a patrol officer with the Village of Ossining Police Department in May 1979. Mr. Quartucio was quickly promoted to the detective division, then to the rank of sergeant in 1983, and lieutenant in 1984, at which time he was designated the commanding officer of the patrol division and executive officer of the department.
While with the Ossining Police Department, Mr. Quartucio received his degree from Mercy College in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude (1984) and his law degree from Pace University (1989). Mr. Quartucio then served as village prosecutor under the office of corporation counsel. Prior to his retirement from the Ossining Police Department he was designated the department’s accreditation officer and the department was accredited by the Division of Criminal Justice Service Services in 2005.
Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Quartucio has specialized in General Municipal law section 207, workers’ compensation, disability retirement and social security disability. He is admitted to practice before the courts of New York State and Connecticut and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of Connecticut.
